After a series of mysterious misfortunes befell him and his patients, The Lamplighter was forced to retire as a medical examiner for the deceased. He now finds refuge in a band of sewer-dwelling miscreants, for whom he runs errands in exchange for money. Despite his past, and despite what he may tell you, The Lamplighter is not qualified to perform most medical operations.
